Our office has been involved in this project which consists of two, 45-story residential towers located in the Liberty Harbor North waterfront area of Jersey City, NJ since the project’s inception. Our office provided monitoring services, as well as preparing a Boundary & Topographic Survey, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Flood Elevation Certificates, a Condominium Plan, As-Built Surveys and various stakeout services prior to the onset of construction. During the on-going construction process, our office has continued to provide various layout services which include axis line stakeout, setting benchmarks and verification of foundations.
