Downtown Streetscape Project, Yonkers, NY

As part of the City of Yonker’s revitalization project of their downtown area, our office prepared a Roadway Topographic Survey of approximately 3,000 feet of roadway. Locations of buildings, drives, stairs, fences, walls, benches, walls, porches, signage, striping, street trees and visible survey utility hardware were obtained, as well as underground utility information based on visible surface features, available utility company markouts and mapping provided by the City.
