Pier 57

Pier 57 is a long pier located at the end of West 15th Street on Eleventh Avenue and stretching into the Hudson River on the west side of Manhattan, just south of Chelsea Piers. Renovations began in 2010 to convert the pier to a mix of office, retail and public space to be opened later this year as SuperPier. Various services were provided by our office to aid in the renovation including a roadway survey, tax lot surveys and metes & bounds descriptions for the rezoning process, easement maps, ALTA Survey and various sketches.
