Reconstruction of Portions of Ocean Parkway Malls, Brooklyn, NY

In accordance with the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation’s Design Service Contract for the Construction and Reconstruction of Various Parks and Playgrounds within the Five Boroughs of New York City, our office prepared a Topographic Survey for approximately 2,300 feet of the pedestrian street mall area located within Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn, New York. Locations included lamp posts, fire hydrants, poles for electric and telephone lines, elevated road pillars, sidewalks, sub-structures, sewer catch basins, depressed curbs, traffic signals and signs, and trees six (6) inches in caliper and greater, as well as underground utility information based on visible surface features, available utility company mapping and markouts and mapping provided by the City. The survey was prepared in accordance with the Parks Department’s survey requirements.
