The Modern – Fort Lee, NJ

The Modern is a residential, 47-story iconic glass residential skyscraper complex in Fort Lee, New Jersey that combines unprecedented resort-style amenities with hand select apartment finishes.  Located on the Hudson Waterfront at the western end of the George Washington Bridge, it provides panoramic views of the New York City skyline and its surrounding suburbs.  Our office provided construction layout & stakeout services for the project which included, but was not limited to, setting benchmarks, obtaining slab elevations, axis lines stakeout and preparation of various as-built plans.
